Spiritual & Leadership Development
Wild Participant Journal
Women in your congregation want to be involved but don’t know where to start.
Many churches want to help women identify their passions and reach their potential. The problem is church leaders lack the tools for women to discover their significance, develop their talents, and activate their dreams.
WiLD is a self-contained training resource for churches to develop emerging leaders. The curriculum kit includes the Leader Guide, Participant Journal, and 10 Certificates. The curriculum consists of small group classes and individual reflection. The Leader Guide contains all the lessons, discussion points, and journal assignments. You don’t need any prior experience or training to teach this course.
The program builds relationships through discipleship, coaching, and mentoring. Participants will:
- Discover individual talents and purposes
- Learn about servant leadership
- Develop godly character traits
- Practice communication skills
- Grow in confidence
WiLD develops women leaders for life. Within the last decade, graduates of this course at Gateway Church have founded global ministries and written best-selling books. Others have been empowered with renewed significance in the home, the church, and the marketplace. This individual Participant Journal is to be used in conjunction with the Leader Guide. Also available in the Women in Leadership Development Curriculum Kit.
